Appointment
Make an appointment at the municipality where you are registered.
Sign at the desk
Sign in front of the officer. Acting as sponsor? Your spouse or partner signs too.
Pay the fee
The municipality charges a small fee – the amount differs per municipality.
Send to your guest
Your guest submits the original form with the visa application.
Is your guest visa-free? Then the signature does not need to be legalised. Every municipality has its own procedure – check its website for the exact steps and fee.
